As you may have heard, the Government has announced a temporary lockdown. This mean House Hairdressing will be temporally closed from the 5th of November 2020.
At the moment we believe that we’re able to reopen on Thursday the 3rd of December 2020 unless we’re told otherwise. If you have an appointment during this temporary closure, you don’t need to call us we will be in touch with you.
From Tuesday the 3rd of November we will be calling clients that are booked in during the closure, we will help you find a new appointment for when we reopen. We will not be holding a list of people who doesn’t rebook – we will leave you to book your appointment when our phone lines reopen.
Once everyone that has an appointment has had their appointments moved, we will announce the reopening of our booking line.
We have a lot of clients already booked in for November and it will take us some time to get everyone’s appointments moved. We will do everything we can to accommodate and contact everyone as soon as we can, however, this is no easy task given that December is usually a very busy month for salons.
If you don’t have an appointment booked once everyone that had an appointment has been moved, we will announce the reopening of our booking line.
We are so grateful to our clients for all of your positive feedback, support and custom since we have returned from lockdown, it’s been great being back in salon doing what we love. We wish you and your loved one’s good health and we’ll see you soon!
